Welcome to it's literally just a bag. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. As each bag is uniquely handmade, slight variations in dimensions, fabric placement, and stitching may occur. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. For custom or bespoke commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with an estimated completion timeline.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. As a small business, it's literally just a bag is not registered for GST; therefore, no tax is added to your total.
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for ready-made items and 5-8 weeks for custom orders to be handcrafted.
- Domestic & International: We offer free local pick-up & free shipping via Australia Post within Australia. Please contact us for international shipping.
- Lost/Delayed Packages: it's literally just a bag is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once they are marked as shipped with a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
Because our bags are handmade to order all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at taylah.crosbie@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Repairs: We stand by our craftsmanship. If your bag breaks or becomes tattered under normal wear within, we will gladly repair it at no cost (excluding return shipping fees).
Intellectual Property
All bag designs, patterns, photographs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Taylah Crosbie. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our bag designs without express written permission.
Privacy & Data
We only collect your personal information (name, address, email) to process your order and deliver your bag. We will never share or sell your details to third parties. For more information see our full privacy policy.
